Co-Creator Framework
Co-Creator Terms and Conditions
These terms support a trust-led co-creator culture for The Coaching Collective annual conference initiative.
Effective date: 29 March 2026. This page may be updated as the conference model evolves.
1. Purpose and Philosophy
The Coaching Collective is a contribution-driven annual conference initiative built on collaboration, integrity, and purposeful execution.
We value relationships and trust more than rigid process. Process supports quality; trust sustains culture.
Co-creator participation is non-financial and focused on meaningful ecosystem contribution.
2. Leadership and Team Structure
The initiative is co-founded by Raj Kumar Sahu and Rashmi Fernandes, and operates under The Gardeners Hub.
Co-Founders define direction, standards, and quality guardrails. Advisors and co-creators support strategic and operational delivery.
Responsibilities are role-based so execution stays clear, collaborative, and accountable.
3. Co-Creator Roles
Co-creators may contribute in core planning or execution support capacities, depending on assignment and readiness.
Co-creators work under designated leads, follow agreed timelines, and escalate risks early.
Professional behavior, respectful communication, and reliability are expected at all times.
4. Time Commitment
Commitment expectations increase as conference timelines approach.
Typical expectation in active build phases: 4 to 8 hours per week, with higher intensity in final event days.
Please volunteer only if you can honor timeline commitments with consistency.
5. Duration and Continuation
Co-creator engagement is generally aligned to one conference cycle.
Continuation into future editions depends on mutual alignment, contribution quality, and initiative needs.
6. Professional Conduct
All co-creators are expected to uphold integrity, confidentiality where applicable, and coaching-first values.
Conduct should represent the standard of a mature professional ecosystem.
7. Recognition and Non-Financial Nature
Co-creator participation does not involve salary, wages, or commercial consideration.
Co-creators may receive recognition such as conference access, certificate, acknowledgments, and ecosystem visibility.
8. What Participation Does Not Create
Co-creator participation does not create ownership in The Coaching Collective or The Gardeners Hub.
Co-creator participation does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee future paid opportunities.
9. Culture Commitment
We are building a credible professional culture: intentional, collaborative, and accountable.
We welcome co-creators who are ready to contribute with maturity, generosity, and follow-through.
Closing Note
The Coaching Collective is built by coaches, for coaches. If you are willing to contribute time, energy, and commitment to elevate the coaching ecosystem, we welcome you with trust and respect.
