Building the Infrastructure the
Coaching Profession Needs
Coaching in India is a profession of tremendous promise. Every day, thousands of coaches support transformation in leaders, teams, and organisations.
Yet despite this growth, the profession still lacks the shared infrastructure that most established professions rely on.
There is no widely recognised platform where coaches can come together to exchange ideas, collaborate on initiatives, share practice insights, and collectively strengthen the profession.
As a result, many coaches work in isolation — limiting the learning, credibility, and influence the coaching profession could achieve through a stronger ecosystem.
The Coaching Collective™ was born to help build that professional infrastructure.
