Welcome to The Coaching Collective™ (“TCC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at thecoachingcollective.in, our community platform, events, programs, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Coaching Collective is a professional community platform registered and operating in India, dedicated to building the infrastructure for coaching professionals across the country.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable laws.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

The Platform is primarily intended for coaching professionals, practitioners, and individuals interested in the coaching profession in India. We welcome coaches at all stages of their journey, independent of credential or certification level.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that is harmful to the Platform, its users, or the coaching community.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations.
• Engage in any conduct that is harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Post, transmit, or share content that is false, misleading, or constitutes spam.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or professional experience.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, monitor, or copy content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to solicit, promote, or conduct unauthorised commercial activity.

The Coaching Collective organises and facilitates events, workshops, conferences, and programs for the coaching community. By registering for or attending any TCC event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Event attendance is subject to availability and any specific event terms communicated at the time of registration.
• You may be photographed or recorded at events, and such materials may be used by TCC for legitimate promotional or documentation purposes.
• You are responsible for your own conduct at events and must treat all participants, speakers, and TCC team members with respect and professionalism.
• TCC reserves the right to remove any participant from an event who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful behaviour, without entitlement to any refund.
• Event-specific fees, cancellation policies, and refund terms (if any) will be communicated clearly at the time of registration.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of The Coaching Collective or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

You may access and view content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

If you contribute any content to the Platform (such as posts, testimonials, or community contributions), you grant The Coaching Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and TCC’s activities.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party websites or services is governed solely by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before interacting with any third-party service.

The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, The Coaching Collective disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
• The Platform being free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, The Coaching Collective, its founders, team members, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any conduct or content posted by other users on the Platform.

In any event, our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users via email or a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.
