Why We Exist
Building the Infrastructure the Coaching Profession Needs
Coaching in India is a profession of tremendous promise. Thousands of coaches are facilitating transformation in organisations, leaders, and individuals every day — yet the profession still lacks the shared infrastructure that most established professions rely on.
There is no widely recognised platform where coaches can come together to exchange ideas, build meaningful partnerships, share knowledge, and strengthen the collective voice of the profession.
